Set in a fictional charity shop, Help Yourselves follows the working and personal lives of the volunteers of the shop and share the struggles of their long suffering customers. In this, the pilot episode, new volunteers are being sought and the shop manager begins her quest to save the shop from going under and closing its doors for good.
